Message to the Young Generations
(Botschaft an die jungen Generationen)Within the framework of the exhibition Fragile Constructs, a performance unfolds — a speech about the public word, which by now weighs lighter than hot air, and about responsibility in a time shaped by war, indifference, and consumption.
Despite omnipresent manipulation through fear, media superficiality, and the hollowing out of democratic language, the work speaks for those who have not lost themselves in dreams of personal fame and happiness — for the young generations. Whether this will succeed remains uncertain. The attempt is to reach them all from high above...
The exhibition Fragile Constructs explores the fragility of orders, systems of meaning, and artistic realities in contemporary discourse. It serves as an invitation to make visible the structures, fractures, and transitions in the world around us and within ourselves. We live in a time in which seemingly stable constructs—societies, perceptions, systems of order, and entire worldviews—are beginning to falter.
